Refund Policy
At BIKS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@biksclub.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at contact@biksclub.com.
Shipping for returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
